Trump campaign hosting a $1,000 Jerusalem embassy anniversary party on Zoom
Digital event marks second anniversary of the embassy's opening
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), along with Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, will join supporters of President Donald Trump on Thursday to mark the second anniversary of the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem, according to an invite obtained by Jewish Insider.
Details: Tuning into the event, billed as a “virtual discussion” on the Jerusalem embassy relocation, starts at $1,000 per person. Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican National Committee are hosting the virtual fundraiser with New York-based attorney Martin Oliner, who serves as vice president of the American Zionist Movement.
Greetings: In remarks in Jerusalem Wednesday morning alongside Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that “two years ago today we dedicated the embassy in Jerusalem — it’s pretty remarkable. It seems like a long time ago; much has happened since then and much in our relationship has continued to grow in those 24 months as well.”
